Most of it is the same work marked more strictly — here is the part that is genuinely different. - [What actually drives the cost of a website in India](https://webstoree.com/blog/what-drives-the-cost-of-a-website-in-india): No price list — a range spanning a template and a booking system is useless. The six things that actually move the number, and which are worth paying for. - [Why an AI assistant never mentions your business](https://webstoree.com/blog/why-ai-assistants-do-not-mention-your-business): Assistants answer with two or three names. Here is what decides whether yours is one of them, and the four reasons it usually is not. ## Definitions - [Answer engine](https://webstoree.com/glossary#answer-engine): An answer engine is any system that responds to a question with a written answer rather than a list of links: ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot, and Google's own AI Overviews. It reads sources, composes a reply, and usually names a handful of them. The consequence for a business is structural: where a results page offered ten positions, an answer offers two or three names. - [Answer engine optimisation](https://webstoree.com/glossary#answer-engine-optimisation): Answer engine optimisation is the practice of building a page so that an answer engine can lift a complete answer from it and name the business as the source. In practice that means question-shaped headings, answers that are self-contained in the first paragraph beneath them, consistent facts about the business across every place it appears, and markup that states plainly what the page is. - [Generative engine optimisation](https://webstoree.com/glossary#generative-engine-optimisation): Generative engine optimisation is the same goal as AEO approached from the generation side: influencing what a model writes about a category, rather than only what it cites. It concerns itself with how a business is described across the whole web (directories, coverage, its own pages) because a generated answer is assembled from an impression of a business, not from one document. - [Search engine optimisation](https://webstoree.com/glossary#search-engine-optimisation): Search engine optimisation is the work of making a site rank in a conventional results page: crawlable structure, pages that load quickly, one clear subject per page, internal links that make the hierarchy obvious, and content somebody actually wants. It is the oldest of these terms and the only one with thirty years of public documentation behind it. - [Structured data](https://webstoree.com/glossary#structured-data): Structured data is a machine-readable block inside a page that states what the page is about in a shared vocabulary: that this is a business, that this is its phone number, that this article has this author and this date. Search engines use it to understand a document without inferring, and to decide whether it qualifies for enhanced results. - [llms.txt](https://webstoree.com/glossary#llms-txt): llms.txt is a proposed convention: a plain-text file at the root of a site giving a model a written account of what the site contains, in the way robots.txt gives a crawler a set of rules. It is cheap to publish and easy to keep accurate if it is generated from the site's own content rather than written by hand. - [Entity consistency](https://webstoree.com/glossary#entity-consistency): Entity consistency means every public mention of a business (its own site, its Google Business Profile, directories, social profiles) states the same name, the same number and the same description, character for character. It matters more for generated answers than for ranking, because a model assembling a reply about a business is reconciling several sources and inconsistency reads to it as uncertainty. - [Google Business Profile](https://webstoree.com/glossary#google-business-profile): A Google Business Profile is the free listing that puts a business into Google Maps and the local results, carrying its hours, contact details, photographs and reviews. Verification can take weeks, which is why it is the first thing to start and the last thing most checklists mention. A service business without a storefront can list as a service-area business and hide the address. ## What buyers ask, and what we answer ### i already rank. isn't that the whole job? Being found is half of it. The other half is being answered. Same traffic, same ad spend. One thing changed: somebody answered. A site taking 1,000 visitors a month at 2% turns 20 of them into enquiries; at 6% it turns 60. ### how much of this is padding? Five things, built into every site. Every build ships with the same spine: found, quoted, answered. The five: found and quoted, knows your business, chats become leads, open at 2am, what they asked. ### who has actually paid you for this? Four businesses that needed something built. Two are open on the web. Two were built for private use. They are AcreFlow Advisory, Unicalibre Estimating, HyFun, Sai Siddhi. ### can you build something my competitors can't copy? The showroom. Ten builds. Try to find the template. Ten showcase builds, each shipped to production standard and open to try. Every one is live and openable: webstoree, Aangan, Halide, Matra, Timbre, Ancre, Selvedge, Rhumb, Vaarpu, Porphyra. ### i'm not a tech company. is this for me? Anyone who pays to get people to their website and then loses them to silence. The trades where that costs most, and the question each one's customer is already typing: Clinics: "can i be seen tonight?"; Law firms: "do i actually have a case?"; Real estate: "what is my place worth now?"; Coaching centres: "is it too late to join?"; D2C brands: "will it fit, and can i return it?"; Service businesses: "can someone come before the weekend?". ### who is actually going to build mine? The founder. Start to finish. The person you message is the person who designs it, engineers it and answers after launch. One conversation, from first call to live site. ### fine. how do i start? Say the thing you would say on a call. It goes straight to the founder. You get a straight answer on what to build first. Or call +91 89815 64862. ## What we build ### an ai answers about me from where, exactly? GEO: A model does not read your site and stop. It assembles an answer out of everywhere else you appear, and if those places disagree about what you do or where you do it, the safest thing it can say about you is nothing. GEO is making them agree. One account of the business, identical everywhere it appears. What you do and where you do it, stated so it cannot be misread. Built in at structure level, so it holds as the models change. ### how do i get named when somebody asks an ai? AEO: When somebody asks an assistant who to use, it names two or three businesses and the rest of the trade is not in the conversation. AEO is the work of being one of the names: pages that answer one question each, marked up so a model can lift the answer cleanly and attribute it to you. Pages shaped like the questions your buyers actually ask. Schema an engine reads without having to guess. Answers that survive being quoted out of context. ### can my site answer a customer without me? The assistant: Somebody lands on your site at eleven at night with one question standing between them and booking you. The assistant is trained on your services, your pricing and your hours, it replies in English or Hindi, and the conversation reaches you as a lead with a name, a number and what they actually wanted. Answered at 2am, during a festival, mid-consultation. Handed to your WhatsApp the moment a human is wanted. A monthly report of what visitors actually asked. ### half my customers just phone. what about them? The voice agent: For businesses whose customers still call. It answers, understands what is being asked for, and books the appointment into the calendar you already use, without anybody being put on hold to find out whether Thursday is free. Picked up, on the calls that would otherwise ring out. Booked, rescheduled and confirmed against your real calendar. Handed to a person the moment the call needs one. ## Clients Four named clients. Two have a public site you can open. - AcreFlow Advisory: Land investment advisory, India. Ranks for the problem their customers search, before they know the name of the service. https://acreflow.in - Unicalibre Estimating: Construction takeoffs, US and Canada. Method and people before the claim, for contractors who buy on proof. https://unicalibreestimating.com - HyFun: Seed pricing and inward app. Internal software: a seed price simulator, distributor and payment flows, and an inward register. Private build. - Sai Siddhi: Residential real estate, Sai Simran. The Sai Simran brochure and 3D views rebuilt as a site you walk through. Private build. ## Showcase builds Ten showcase builds, each shipped to production standard and open to try. They are the studio's own concept work, listed separately from the clients above. - webstoree: Studio showcase. A dark room with one lamp in it: every interaction idea we would normally talk a client out of, running at once. See the top of the range before you pick your point on it. https://webstoree-showcase.vercel.app/ - Aangan: Architecture practice. Daylight, drawing sheets, restraint. It shares no palette, type or structure with the build before it. Most studios sell you their taste. This is what buying your own looks like. https://aangan-demo-rho.vercel.app/ - Halide: Colour & finishing. A grading suite where the only colour is light bent through glass, refracted per channel on the GPU in real time. This is the detail that makes a premium price feel self-evident. https://halide-demo.vercel.app/ - Matra: Type foundry. No WebGL anywhere in it. A variable font, a 2D canvas and Devanagari doing the entire job: evidence that spend is not what decides whether a page is memorable. https://matra-demo.vercel.app/ - Timbre: Sonic identity studio. Not one audio file in the build. Five sequencer voices and four brand signatures, synthesised the instant they are struck, because identity does not stop at what a customer can see. https://timbre-demo-nu.vercel.app/ - Ancre: Horological atelier. Real involute gear geometry, meshed and turning at the correct ratio, navigated by zoom instead of scroll. Convention is a choice, and the sites people remember are the ones that chose. https://ancre-demo.vercel.app/ - Selvedge: Handweaving mill. Edit a real loom draft and the cloth recomputes: one square flips sixty-four crossings. The same engine that lets a buyer specify your product before anyone picks up a phone. https://selvedge-demo.vercel.app/ - Rhumb: Chart house. Turn the globe and the page measures what your map projection costs, to three decimals. Complicated numbers made persuasive, which is most of what selling to an enterprise is. https://rhumb-demo.vercel.app/ - Vaarpu: Bronze foundry. Pour a casting and watch it freeze: the page solves the heat equation live and shows you where the metal will tear itself hollow. Then you fix it. Nobody forgets a site they were wrong on. https://vaarpu-demo.vercel.app/ - Porphyra: Clothier, 594 BC. The garment on the figure is not a photograph of the product, it is the product: each one starts as the rectangle printed in its own price list and is folded onto the body by a cloth solver, so changing the listing changes the drape. Then take it, in numerals the page proves as it writes them. https://porphyra-demo.vercel.app/ ## Contact - WhatsApp: https://wa.me/918981564862 - Phone: +91 89815 64862 - Site: https://webstoree.com ## Pricing and figures - Pricing is fixed per build, in the client's currency, and agreed on a call. - The client list is the four named above. Results are reported to each client directly rather than published here.
