Before work starts
If you cancel before we begin work on your project, we refund your deposit in full.
After work starts
If you cancel during a project, you pay for the work completed up to the date of cancellation, measured against the milestones in your quote. We refund anything you have paid beyond that, and hand over the work completed so far once it is paid for.
Milestones you have already approved are not refundable, because that work has been delivered and accepted.
Monthly services
Monthly services, such as an AI chat assistant, voice agent, WhatsApp agent or care plan, can be cancelled at any time by email. The service runs until the end of the month already paid, and is not renewed. We do not refund part months. One-off setup fees are not refundable once the setup is done.
Usage charges from third parties, such as call minutes, WhatsApp conversation fees or AI usage, are passed through at cost and are not refundable.
If we cannot deliver
If we cancel a project, or cannot deliver what the quote promised, we refund every payment for work not delivered.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method, or by bank transfer if that is not possible, within 7 to 10 business days of us confirming the amount. Payment gateway or bank fees that the provider does not return to us may be deducted, and we will tell you if they are.
How to cancel
Email abhay@webstoree.com with your name and project. We will confirm the cancellation and any refund amount in writing within 2 business days.
